The Grenadines/Bequia Food & Drink

In the Grenadines, seafood is king. In the morning and late afternoon, the fishing boats head back for land with their catch, and often sell freshly caught fish directly from the wharf. The most popular fish is the Red Snapper.

If you don't fancy standing in the kitchen yourself, the island has every style of restaurant or bar for you to while away the evening. There are any number of great eateries, with everything from the humble pizza to fine dining.

But the island's famed Rum Punch is one local specialty on everyone's absolute must list - enjoying a delicious glass of rum punch down at the water's edge, watching the dramatic night-sky. Who said life gets better than this?
